We are pleased to announce the winners of the Global Voices Citizen Media Summit travel scholarship competition. This competition aim was to encourage participation by netizens from other parts of the Philippines. These travel grants will help subsidize the full cost of travel for those wanting to take part in our Citizen Media Summit on January 24-25 in Cebu City.
